POP - PALFINGER ORIGIN PROTECTION

Before installation the main components are sand-blasted, degreased, primer painted and final coated (in line with a customer's specification). All other parts are zinc nickel anti-corrosion treated. ISO 12944 standard specifications are met.  Specifically concerning surface protection, notably classification 3 urban and industrial atmosphere – moderate levels of sulphur dioxide – production plants with high humidity.

SAM - SECURED ADVANCED MOUNTING

We offer corrosion protected and fully boltable mounting plates and accessories.

SAM (Secured Advanced Mounting) ensures compliance with the mounting instructions of PALFINGER and the installation guidelines of truck producers. Due to its bolted technology and the full corrosion protection SAM guarantees high quality and longevity of equipment.

Easier lifetime maintenance. This type of mounting ensures assembling standardization.

INCREASED LIFETIME - PAINTING

Equipment can be ordered with a chassis-matched colour for the final coat. The components are painted before installation and all non painted parts (pins, pin stops, fittings, springs) are corrosion protected.
Subframe, tipping frame and hinge are chassis colour-matched. All cylinders are painted in Black RAL 9011, arm + horizontal part and rear pulleys in Yellow RAL 1003. The yellow high-impact colour offers increased visibility to moving parts for enhanced safety. Under-run protection is treated in KTL Black RAL 9011.
